WEEK 2: TACOS
Ingredients USED: One RADISH head FROM OUR GARDEN, TORTILLAS, 1 pound of CARNE ASADA, AND one whole ONION ON SIDE
1) we washed the radishes so it was clean for class to eat
2. Then we diced them up into small cubes so we could put them in our taco
3. We cooked our meat for around 10 minutes on medium heat and seasoned with salt and pepper
4. On serving day we brought it to school and before we introduced what we made, we microwaved the tortillas and meat for 30 seconds so it was warm and ready to eat
